We encorage you to start with a brainstorm about what result you would like to reseve from advertisment (be as specific as possible). It will help you to understand what advertesment path to choose and to create the measurable goals.
You should prepare to be involved in the proccess and allocate appropriate resources for this. If you do not have time and opportunity for colloboration we reccomend to choose a person who would be responsible for contact with our project manager. We respect your time and resources and take pride in our expertise so we won't ask for deep involvent from your side (but we always open to it), but some decion can be made only at your side.
We manage projects in English, French, Russian and Estonian. We also support offline communications in German, and Italian. If you require translation or localization of your content in other languages or in a technicaly demanding form (i.e. manuals or interface translations) - we colloborate with WhP for such tasks.
As we strive for high efficienty, we organize communication mostly in written form - emails and shared workboards. Of cource sometimes it more efficient to speak rather to write, in this case we shedule recorded e-meetings and send you recorded offline vidio-messages, so you can check them when it is convinient to you (and recheck when needed).

Please take in consideration that price of physical advertisement (printed, outdoor and souvenirs) higly depend on materials and circulation size.
The average webhosting price is about 100€ per year. Domain name usually costs from 7€ to 17€ per year depending on top level* you choose (*the ending after the last dot, i.e. .com, .eu)
Project management fee is 10% of total project cost.
We are happy to offer discounted packages for annual subscription for website support.
We understand your concern and would like to clarify that while we would prefer to say that the project cost will never change once it is set, the reality is that it can fluctuate. Depending on the needs that arise during development, the project may become more expensive or cheaper. However, we always prioritize transparency and will propose any recalculation before proceeding, ensuring your approval.
There are several factors that can contribute to changes in cost, such as client requests for new services, adjustments in project size, or deviations from the original project guidelines.
We kindly request that you keep in mind that if the project remains unupdated for more than 3 weeks, meaning we are awaiting materials or approval from your side, we will automatically put the project on standby mode. In such cases, a relaunching fee of 50€ will be added.
Thanks to our vast expirince we usually work fast and efficient. Regular orders takes from 2 weeks to 2 months to do. The precise timelimits depends on type of the project and the size of it. In case of printed goods expect additional time for printing and shipping.
